It is 600 meters from Otočac's downtown and only 6 kilometers from the Otočac exit on the A1 Zagreb–Split. The excellent location, along with the exploring the Gacka and Lika Regions, enables a quick trip to the seaside or exploring the beauty of the mythical Velebit. Near the house is a supermarket where you can get everything you need for a stay in the apartment, and due to the proximity to the city center, you can quickly reach a museum, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, other supermarkets, a children's park, banks, a bowling alley, promenades along Gacka, gym, health center, sports center, but also tourist facilities in the wider area and outside Otočac.
On the eastern side of the apartment, there is an open terrace with a barbecue and a view of Fortica, a well-known city picnic spot on a wooded hill where there are preserved remains of the historical fort of the same name, the Stations of the Cross and the chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows from the 17th century, but also the place from which the view of Otočac is priceless.
